How do I create a collection account?

To create a collection account, navigate to the Collections link in your dashboard. Click "Collection Accounts", then click "Apply for a new collection account" on the following page. 

You may select any of the following currencies: AUD, SGD, MXN, EUR, PLN, GBP, USD, and CAD. Once you have selected the currency for the collection account, click "Submit".
