Guidance on Exporting Order Files on Lazada/Shopee

For Lazada

1. Click on the 'Orders & Review' tab at Seller Center homepage and then click on 'Orders'

2. Next, click on the 'Delivered' tab at the Orders Overview page

3. Click on 'Export' to download all details to your computer for reference

4. Log in to your LianLian Global account, click on 'Receive'  and then click on 'Details' of PHP or IDR account.

 

5. Find the amount you received and click on 'Upload' to upload the file you just downloaded from Lazada Seller Center. Click on 'Submit' for review.

 

For Shopee

1.  Click 'My Orders' tab at Seller Center homepage and then click on 'Completed'

 

2. Click on 'Export' to download all details to your computer for reference

 

3. Afterwards, log in to your LianLian Global account and upload the file as shown in step 4 and 5 under 'For Lazada'
