To reset a forgotten login password, follow these steps:
- Visit the LianLian Gobal login page and click Forgot your password?

Enter the email address that you used to create your LianLian Global account and click Next.
- Complete the captcha puzzle to receive a mobile verification code (Note: in order to pass, you must move the puzzle piece into the designated area in one motion within a certain amount of time. If you go too far to the right, or too slowly, it will fail and won't send a verification code to your mobile phone.)
- You should then receive a text message to your mobile phone number with a 6-digit code. Enter this 6-digit code in the two factor authentication pop-up screen and click Confirm.

Enter your new password in both the New login password field and the Confirm login password field. Click Save changes.
- Return to the LianLian Global login page and log in with your new password.
