Please note: Funds withdrawn before 14:00 EST Monday to Friday will usually be paid on the same day and be available in your bank account within 24 hours. Funds withdrawn after 14:00 EST will usually be paid at 08:00 EST the following working day and will be available in your bank account within 24 hours.
If you haven’t added a bank account for your selected currency, you’ll first need to add one which can take up to 1 business day to approve. You won’t be able to withdraw funds until you’ve completed this step.
To easily withdraw funds to your bank account, follow these steps:
- Go to your account dashboard and click Withdraw funds in the Balances on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select which currency you would like to withdraw from.
- Enter the total amount you’d like to withdraw.

Select the currency and corresponding bank account you’d like to send the funds to. Click Next.
- On the next screen, review all withdrawal details including the conversion rate and click Submit.

You should then receive a text message to your mobile phone number with a 6-digit code. Enter this 6-digit code in the two factor authentication pop-up screen and click Confirm. Your funds will then be sent to your bank account.
