You can add a new contact to easily send or request a payment from a person or business who doesn’t currently have a LianLian Global account.
Add a Contact:
- Hover over Settings in the top navigation bar and click Contacts. You’ll now be able to view all of your existing contacts.
- To add a contact, click Add a New Contact in the top right corner.
- Enter the contact’s information and select whether they will receive payments in a LianLian Global account or directly to their bank account.

- If they’d like to receive payments in a LianLian Global account, we’ll send them an email invite to set up an account to complete the payment.
- If they’d like to receive payments directly in their bank account, you’ll need to provide their banking information for approval which can take up to 1 business day.
- Click Submit
Delete a Contact:
- Hover over Settings in the top navigation bar and click Contacts. You’ll now be able to view all of your existing contacts.
- Hover over the three dots to the right of the contact’s name and click Delete.
- Click Confirm in the pop-up window. This contact will no longer be visible.
